Having been sent Stephens details from Baxi as one of their recommended Engineers, he serviced my parents back boiler last week.  He’s such a lovely, friendly guy who really knows his stuff. Id have no hesitation in recommending Stephen; he’s reliable, conscientious and did a fantastic job. After being ripped off by an insurance company sending an engineer to do nothing with a £65 call out fee and then not paying out when I needed it, after years of giving them money, Steve came and sorted everything out.

Steve fitted me a brilliant new boiler, I’m really pleased with it. 

Steve is a really nice guy who explains everything well, he made sure everything was tidied up and working well and also rang cadent gas to come out and sort my gas pressure while he was there.

Stephen came and done a huge boiler job for us, removing a very old water tank from the upstairs bedroom to a compact boiler downstairs in the pantry. He done a fantastic job and it was done fast and efficiently, came before the work started to check everything over and prep. Communication and advice was great from him. Absolutely brilliant service by Stephen. we had a new boiler supplied and fitted for a fraction of the cost of the big company that rhymes with Gritish Bass. He gave great advice, fitted the boiler, made good any extra work that was needed, cleaned and tidied everything up after himself and made sure we're comfortable with the new controls and paperwork.
